Monte is the premium sofa line of the FUTURE Group, handmade in Malaysia since 1997. This policy explains what information we collect through montesofa.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Monte is a showcase and enquiry site — we do not sell online and we do not take payments here.

Information we collect

• Enquiries. When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, your message, and — if you enquire from a product page — which model you were viewing.
• Newsletter. If you subscribe, we store the email address you provide.
• Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting and security providers process standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) to serve pages, prevent abuse, and keep the site available.

How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry and discuss commissioning a piece.
• To send occasional newsletters, where you have asked to receive them.
• To operate, secure and improve the website.

Who processes it

We share information only with the service providers needed to run the site, and only as far as required:

• Email delivery — enquiry notifications are sent through our email provider.
• Spam protection — the contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which helps us tell people from automated abuse.
• Hosting & content delivery — the site and its imagery are served through our hosting and Cloudflare’s content-delivery network.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain a reasonable history of our correspondence. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you newsletters. To make a request, email inquiries@montesofa.com.

Cookies

We keep cookies to a minimum. Our spam-protection and security providers may set a token that is necessary for the site to function; these are not used to track you across other sites.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above.
